Our Services

At Bloom Counseling & Associates LLC, we offer therapy across the lifespan—meeting you exactly where you are and walking alongside you toward growth, healing, and clarity. Whether you are seeking support for your child, your teen, or yourself, our approach is rooted in compassion, connection, and evidence-based care, while also honoring the role of faith. For those who desire it, we thoughtfully integrate Christian principles and a faith-based perspective into the therapeutic process, supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Individual Child Sessions (Ages 4-10)

Supporting identity, emotional resilience, and confidence

For children, therapy looks different—it speaks their language. Through play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches, we help children express feelings they may not yet have words for.

We support children experiencing:

  • Anxiety and fears

  • Behavioral challenges

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • ADHD and attention concerns

  • Life transitions (moves, family changes)

  • Trauma and stressful experiences

What to expect:
Sessions may include play therapy, creative expression, and gentle skill-building. Caregivers are often included to support consistency and growth at home.

Individual Teen Sessions (Ages 11-17)

Supporting identity, emotional resilience, and confidence

The teen years can feel overwhelming. We provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can process emotions, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self.

We support teens experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression, and stress

  • Peer and relationship challenges

  • School-related pressures

  • Identity exploration and self-esteem

  • Family conflict

  • Trauma and emotional overwhelm

What to expect:
Therapy focuses on building trust, strengthening coping strategies, and helping teens feel more grounded, confident, and understood.

Individual Adult Sessions (Ages 18+)

Creating space for healing, clarity, and meaningful change

Life can bring challenges that feel heavy to carry alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process, and move forward with intention.

We support adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Trauma and past experiences

  • Relationship concerns

What to expect:
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, integrating approaches such as person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and insight-oriented work.
